Cancellation Policy

At K&Co Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy regarding no-shows: Notice Requirement- Clients are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. No-Show Fee: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing the required notice, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
